Ms. Anderson is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. She represents clients in intellectual property matters in the U.S., including trademark registration, maintenance and renewal; enforcement and defense of trademark rights; copyright registration and enforcement; and domain name issues/disputes.
Prior to joining Bodman, Ms. Anderson worked with the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Attorney Discipline Board, and as a trademark attorney for Harley-Davidson's trademark holding company.
Ms. Anderson serves as a volunteer crisis counselor for SOS Community Services in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
