We are seeking an experienced Conflicts Attorney to manage the ethical and potential business conflict issues presented with new client and business opportunities. The Conflicts Attorney will review the firm’s conflict of interest daily reports for all new engagements and will follow-up with all responsible individuals concerning conflicts that must be addressed. Primary responsibilities include (i) review and analyze conflict search results to identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest (ii) propose and implement conflict of interest resolutions and documentation  (iii) work with members of the Loss Prevention committee and Firm leadership on complex conflicts issues and to facilitate the conflicts clearance process, and (iv) review of conflict clearance reports for potential lateral attorneys.

Admission to the Michigan Bar and excellent academic credentials required.
