Jill chairs Bodman’s Data Privacy and Security Group, Jennifer co-chairs the new Exempt Organizations and Impact Investing Group, and Brian is a member of the Aviation Law and Finance Group and Banking Group.
Bodman’s Grand Rapids office, headed by West Michigan attorney Floyd E. Gates, Jr., has expanded! Floyd has been joined by Darren J. Burmania, banking attorney, and John David Gardiner, workplace law and litigation attorney. The Grand Rapids office allows the firm to continue to meet and exceed our clients’ needs and expectations across the state.
Bodman has once again been recognized by the State Bar of Michigan as a member of the 2019 Pro Bono Honor Roll. The firm’s diverse pro bono efforts include direct representation of low-income individuals through referrals, participation in free legal clinics, and service to non-profit organizations and organizations that seek to defend individual civil and constitutional rights.
