Three Bodman Attorneys Named to Michigan Super Lawyers 2019 Top 100 List

Bodman PLC is pleased to announce that the editors of Michigan Super Lawyers 2019 have included three members of the firm on the publication’s annual list of the Top 100 practitioners in the State of Michigan.
Bodman attorneys Timothy R. Damschroder, Ralph E. McDowell, and Joseph J. Shannon appear on the 2019 Top 100 list. The publisher of Super Lawyers uses a selection process that combines peer nominations, in-depth professional evaluations, and independent research to compile the list.
Damschroder, of Bodman’s Ann Arbor office, is co-chair of the firm’s Business Practice Group. He specializes in middle-market M&A transactions and has substantial experience serving as outside general counsel to automotive, industrial, and technology companies. He also specializes in dealing with technology companies from start up to transactions involving intellectual property, to venture capital financing, to eventual sale. Damschroder is a recipient of the State Bar of Michigan’s prestigious Stephen H. Schulman Outstanding Business Lawyer Award.
