Grace Connolly is a member in the firm’s Business Practice Group. She represents a variety of corporate clients in connection with the structuring and negotiation of complex transactions and on general organizational and business matters.
Before joining Bodman, Grace served as a law clerk for a Michigan-based law firm that focused on complex bankruptcy and corporate restructuring issues. In this role, she drafted motions, resolutions, schedules, settlement agreements, letters of intent, response letters, stipulations, orders, and disclosures
As a law student, Grace served as a student attorney in the Disability Law Clinic by assisting clients in administrative hearings to reinstate SSA benefits and preparing client for clemency application including interviews, case review, and clemency application preparation.
