Mr. Thavarajah has represented clients in litigation matters related to antitrust, environmental, health care, contractual disagreements, tort and general commercial and business disputes.
He has extensive experience related to discovery, case preparation, and management including drafting legal pleadings, conducting legal research, evaluation of case merits, and e-discovery.
He is an active pro bono litigator who has successfully counseled individuals in driver’s license restoration hearings and participated in nonpartisan voter assistance program. He is listed on the State Bar of Michigan’s 2023 A Lawyer Helps Pro Bono Honor Roll which recognizes lawyers who support access to justice efforts benefiting low income individuals throughout Michigan.
