Bodman Serves as Counsel to Seller in Transaction Shortlisted for M&A Advisor Deal of the Year

Bodman PLC is pleased to announce that a transaction in which the firm served as M&A counsel to the seller, the acquisition of Pipetek Infrastructure Services by Duke’s Root Control, has been named as a finalist in the 22nd Annual M&A Advisor Awards in two categories: Industrials Deal of the Year (Between $25 million-$50 million) and M&A Deal of the Year (Between $25 million-$50 million).
Pipetek Infrastructure Services, a leading sewer, utility, and underground infrastructure service provider, was acquired by Duke’s Root Control, a national provider of wastewater-focused inspection, diagnostics, and remediation services for municipal customers. The acquisition further expands Duke’s infrastructure capabilities on a national basis including growth within the gas and water utility markets and sanitary sewer evaluation services.
The Bodman deal team was led by Joseph Michniacki and included Ryan Olson, Wayne Roberts, Jacob Simon, and Alexis Smith-Scott.
The M&A Advisor Awards will be presented, and winners revealed, at a black-tie awards gala during the 2023 Future of Dealmaking Summit on November 14-15, 2023, in New York City.
