Gary S. Fealk Listed as 2024 “Go-To Lawyer” for Employment Law

Bodman PLC is pleased to announce that Gary S. Fealk is listed as a Michigan Lawyer Weekly 2024 “Go-To Lawyer” for Employment Law.

The “Go To Lawyers” program recognizes leading lawyers in a particular field of law as nominated by their peers. They are an expert in their field, well-versed in the nuances of the case law, statutes and regulations clients will encounter. A “Go-To Lawyer” is an experienced lawyer and enjoys a record of success, with many cases or transactions that demonstrate the quality advice he or she can provide.

Fealk is based in Bodman’s Troy office and is a member of the Workplace Law Practice Group. He practices in all areas of labor and employment law and litigation on behalf of private and public sector employers. He has particular expertise in union/management relations including collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Michigan Employment Relations Commission (MERC) and in multi-employer benefit fund collection actions.

Fealk has received many recognitions throughout his career. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Employment Law- Management and Labor Law-Management; in Michigan Super Lawyers for Employment & Labor; and in DBusiness Magazine “Top Lawyers” for Labor and Employment Law. In 2018, Fealk was selected as a Fellow for the American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Fellows are recognized as distinguished members of the labor and employment community who promote achievement, advancement, and excellence in the practice by setting standards of professionalism and civility, by sharing their experience and knowledge and by acting as a resource for academia, the government, the judiciary and the community at large.
