Josephine H. Wenson Joins Bodman PLC’s Litigation and ADR Practice Group

Bodman PLC is pleased to announce that Josephine H. Wenson joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
Wenson is located in Bodman’s Detroit office and represents clients involved in complex commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining Bodman, Wenson served as an associate with an AMLaw 100 law firm in its commercial litigation and toxic tort litigation departments. In this role, she aided clients in a wide variety of commercial and complex litigation matters through drafting pleadings and motions, facilitating pre-trial discovery and document production, researching issues to provide legal analysis, and attending court hearings.
Wenson is a cum laude graduate of University of Pittsburgh School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Marquette University summa cum laude.
As a law student, Wenson served as a research assistant for Professor Greer Donley of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she prepared memoranda on regulations promulgated by various administrative agencies pertaining to reproductive healthcare, alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, and pharmaceuticals. She was also an intern for the Innocence Project of Florida, where she researched case law and prepared memoranda and motions on four cases where inmates who received life sentences claimed innocence.
