Justin R. Wheeler Joins Bodman PLC Grand Rapids Office

Bodman PLC is pleased to announce that Justin R. Wheeler has joined the firm as a senior attorney in the Grand Rapids office.
Wheeler joins Bodman’s Real Estate Practice Group. He represents business and individual clients involved in real estate transactions ranging from significant personal residences to large commercial properties including sales and acquisitions for cash, on land contract, and with seller or traditional lender financing. He reviews, drafts, and negotiates commercial leases for both lessors and lessees for office, retail and industrial properties.
Wheeler also represents owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors in construction-related matters.
Before joining Bodman, Wheeler practiced with another West Michigan business law firm where he chaired the business and real estate practice.
He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Grand Rapids Bar Association. Wheeler is active with the Commercial Alliance of REALTORS West Michigan and serves on the organization’s Education Committee. He is also active with the Greenstone Institute, a Grand Rapids-based nonprofit that supports educational programs that promote sustainable building practices.
Wheeler is a magna cum laude graduate of Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. He also holds a B.B.A. in Management from Davenport University.
