Matthew A. Slipchuk Joins Bodman PLC Detroit Office

Bodman PLC is pleased to announce that attorney Matthew A. Slipchuk has joined the firm as an associate in the Business Practice Group based in the Detroit office.
Slipchuk represents business clients in connection with complex transactions and general corporate matters. He has particular experience advising on the tax aspects of M&A transactions.
Before joining Bodman he practiced as a senior associate in the Chicago office of a global accounting firm where he represented large corporate clients and private equity firms as a transactional tax advisor. He participated in more than 70 successful M&A transactions ranging in size from $25 million to $24 billion involving businesses in the healthcare, defense, SaaS, and general manufacturing industries, among others.
Slipchuk earned his law degree from DePaul University Law School and an LL.M. in taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Windsor.
