Rebecca C. Seguin-Skrabucha Named 2026 Up & Coming Lawyer by Michigan Lawyers Weekly

As a member and vice-chair of Bodman’s Workplace Law Practice Group, Seguin-Skrabucha concentrates her practice in advising employers, including municipal governments and businesses of all sizes, on compliance with state and federal employment and labor laws. She handles a wide variety of employment matters, including helping employers to establish best practices across all stages of employment, conducting workplace investigations and management training, and defending employers against claims in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
A frequent author and presenter on labor and employment law topics, Seguin-Skrabucha has been recognized by a variety of organizations and publications for the outstanding quality of her work. She has previously been named a “Go-To Lawyer” for Employment Law by Michigan Lawyers Weekly, as “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers in America, as a “Top Lawyer” by DBusiness Magazine, and as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.
