Aidan Maraachli represents clients involved in complex commercial litigation matters.
Before joining Bodman, Aidan served as a law clerk for the Hon. Curtis Ivy, Jr., the Hon. Michael J. Hluchaniuk, and the Hon. Stephanie Dawkins Davis of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. In these roles, he drafted opinions on all pre-trial matters ranging from jurisdiction and discovery to complex constitutional and commercial litigation claims. He also managed cases through litigation from discovery to oral argument.
Aidan served as an Adjunct Professor at University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he taught a Judicial Clerkship upper-level writing course in the Winter 2022, Winter 2024, and Winter 2025 terms.
As a law student, Aidan graduated first in his class and was the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review. He was also a member of Moot Court, the Student Honor Code Task Force, American Inns of Court, and OutLaws. He volunteered as a student attorney for the Hazel Park City Attorney’s Office.
