Angela M. Quinn advises high-net-worth individuals, multigenerational families, and family offices on estate planning, estate administration, tax-efficient wealth transfers, succession planning, charitable giving, personal business matters, and real estate. She develops practical strategies tailored to each client’s family dynamics, long-term objectives, and business interests.
Ms. Quinn designs and implements sophisticated estate planning strategies, prepares gift and estate tax returns, administers complex taxable estates, and counsels clients on family business succession, charitable giving, prenuptial agreements, and the acquisition and disposition of significant assets.
Before joining Bodman, Ms. Quinn practiced with the personal legal services group of another large Michigan-based law firm where she was active in a variety of probate and estate planning matters. She has conducted research on the implications of life insurance policies as it relates to estate tax, prepared documents relevant to administrating various settlement cases, and produced petitions and filings for estate administrations, conservatorships, and guardianships.
As a law student at Michigan State University College of Law, Ms. Quinn worked as a legal clinician with the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic where she researched federal and state tax assessment and collection issues and managed individual client cases.”
