Muhannad (Moe) Al-Ujayli advises high-net-worth individuals and families on personal and closely-held business matters, as well as trusts and estate planning and administration, with a focus on taxation and wealth preservation.
Before joining Bodman, Moe was an M&A tax associate at an international Big Four accounting firm, where he advised clients on transactions, tax structuring, stock purchases, and long-term planning strategies. Previously, he served as a law clerk with a local business law firm and as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable David Allen of the Wayne County Circuit Court.
Moe earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
While attending Wayne State University Law School, he served as Articles Editor of the Wayne State Journal of Business Law and as Chairperson of the Taft National Transactional Law Competition.
He is proficient in Arabic.
