Zachary Bialick helps individuals, families, and their closely-held businesses successfully resolve any legal issues they face and develops effective estate and business plans designed to meet his clients’ goals and safeguard their legacy.
He has experience preparing all manner of business agreements, including purchase agreements, operating agreements, buy/sell Agreements, shareholder/member agreements, employment agreements, by-laws, and corporate minute books. He has extensive experience counseling clients in estate, income, and gift tax planning matters and has developed revocable living, charitable, special needs, and irrevocable trusts and other estate planning instruments.
Before joining Bodman, Zachary was a partner at a Michigan-based estate planning law firm where he managed the firm’s main office.
As a law student, he worked as a law clerk at the University of Michigan’s Detroit Center for Family Advocacy and the Salvation Army William Booth Legal Aid Clinic, formative experiences that helped to spark his interest in helping families and institutions successfully navigate complex disputes.
