“Under Court Anderson’s leadership the EPG became Bodman’s fastest-growing practice group,” said Bodman Chairman Ralph McDowell. “Jonathan has been a leader and a significant contributor to the group’s growth. We expect continued success and a smooth transition as he assumes the duties of chair.”

Bodman’s EPG attorneys represent clients in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts agreements for all manner of software, products and services involving billions of dollars in spend.  The group has gained significant attention for its innovative practices, such as implementing streamlined intake and workflow processes that harmonize with the corporate procurement function to achieve transactional efficiency and quick turnaround times.
