Bodman PLC Achieves Highest Possible Rating for Commercial Litigation in Benchmark Litigation 2013
11/09/12
Bodman PLC has again achieved the highest possible “highly recommended” rating for commercial litigation services in the 2013 edition of Benchmark Litigation: The Definitive Guide to America’s Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys.
It is the fourth consecutive year that Bodman has achieved the highest rating. Bodman is one of only six Michigan firms that are rated as highly recommended for commercial litigation in Benchmark 2013.
In addition to rating law firms, the publishers of Benchmark honor individual attorneys who received particularly strong endorsements from clients and peers. For 2013, Benchmark has rated the following Bodman PLC attorneys as “local litigation stars”: Michelle Thurber Czapski (Detroit office); George G. Kemsley (Detroit office); Dennis J. Levasseur (Detroit office); Joseph J. Shannon (Detroit office); Thomas J. Tallerico (Troy office); and Thomas Van Dusen (Troy office).
Attorneys Thomas P. Bruetsch (Detroit office) and Alan N. Harris (Ann Arbor office) are honored as “future stars.”
Benchmark Litigation is the only peer- and client-review publication that focuses solely on business litigation law firms in the United States. Benchmark’s findings are the result of extensive research including thousands of interviews with business litigation attorneys and their clients. Benchmark researchers closely evaluate attorneys’ recent casework and solicit the professional opinions of other litigators practicing in the same state.
Bodman’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group represents clients ranging from local entrepreneurs to worldwide corporations in disputes involving a broad spectrum of issues. The group has expertise in many industries, including accounting, automotive, banking and financial services, insurance, franchise, outdoor advertising, general manufacturing, healthcare, high tech, construction, real estate, government, and securities broker-dealers.
