Bodman Workplace Law Group to Host Employment Seminar

Bodman PLC’s Workplace Law Group attorneys will host a seminar titled “Is Your Workplace Prepared for Increased Government Scrutiny?” on Monday, November 10, 2014 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Schoolcraft College’s VisTaTech Center in Livonia. 

The event is free and open to all business owners, HR officers, or other professionals with an interest in recent developments in workplace law.

Bodman attorneys Aaron Graves, Christopher Mazzoli, David Malinowksi, Karen Piper, Maureen Rouse-Ayoub, Charles Russman, and Donald Scharg will discuss legal issues related to the Affordable Care Act and other topics impacting employers.  Attorneys will discuss recent changes in the law and provide practical recommendations for meeting increased government scrutiny in the workplace.

The program will include a guest speaker from N1Discovery, a leader in the field of digital forensics, e-discovery, and information technology security consulting.  N1Discovery’s speaker will address the latest trends in technology and social media and their potential impact on employers.
