Experienced Patent Attorney Amanda E. Hill Joins Bodman PLC

Bodman PLC is pleased to announce that experienced patent and intellectual attorney Amanda E. Hill has joined the firm as a member in the Troy office.
Hill is a member of Bodman’s Patent and Intellectual Property practice groups. She represents inventors, entrepreneurs, and businesses at every stage of the patent process.
She has experience preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications in fields related to chemical, mechanical, and electrical engineering. She has also prepared patentability, infringement, and invalidity opinions on behalf of her clients. She has particular experience representing manufacturing clients in the automotive and medical device industries in connection with patents for electro-mechanical devices.
Hill is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America 2020-2021 as a leading practitioner for Trademark Law. She is a member of the Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association and the State Bar of Michigan Intellectual Property Section.
Hill holds a law degree from Michigan State University College of Law and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering at Wayne State University. She earned several academic honors as an undergraduate and as a law student, including the Dean King Scholarship for academic excellence at Michigan State University College of Law and the President’s Scholarship at Wayne State.
