Christopher Attar is a member of Bodman’s High Net Worth Practice Group. He advises founders, business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices on complex income and estate tax planning, wealth transfer, and business succession matters, including Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) planning.
Before rejoining Bodman, Chris served as a lead tax attorney at General Motors, advising on strategic transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and cross-border transactions. Earlier in his career, he practiced in Bodman’s Business and Tax Practice Groups, advising on mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and other tax planning matters. He also practiced as a tax attorney at PwC.
