David Boutrous focuses his practice on advising employers on compliance with federal and state labor and employment laws and representing employers in workplace disputes.
Before joining Bodman as an associate attorney, David participated in the firm’s summer associate program. He also previously served as a litigation paralegal for a Michigan-based law firm that advised first- and third-party No-Fault claims, premises liability cases, insurance coverage disputes, and appellate matters.
As a law student, David served as an Assistant Editor for the Wayne Law Review and was a Student Attorney for the Wayne Disability Law Clinic which provides free legal aid to people with disabilities in civil and administrative matters related to their disabilities.
